Training Theme

This training guides managers step by step in facilitating effective creative meetings in 7 steps. It begins by identifying the obstacles and motivations for change, then demonstrates the importance of a structured methodology through concrete cases. The learning part details each step of the process, from the presentation of the topic to the concretization of ideas, through the phases of divergence and convergence. Practical tools such as icebreakers and creative warm-up techniques are provided. The training concludes with a personalized action plan and additional resources.
