Training Theme
This training helps to develop the ability to make assertive and serene requests by overcoming psychological obstacles such as the fear of judgment or refusal. It is based on three essential keys: clarifying desires, lifting self-censorship and preparing for all possible scenarios. The training combines theory and practice, with expert videos, interactive exercises and concrete tools to turn complaints into constructive requests. The emphasis is on the importance of negotiation and taking a win-win approach for more effective demands.

- Be prepared for all scenarios, even the possibility of refusal.
- Transform your complaints into concrete and constructive requests.
- Have a witty retort on hand to protect your ego in the face of rejection.

This module contains 4 parts:

SHAKING UP

- Reflection on curiosity and the desire to learn in the face of fears
- Reflection question: 'What are the 3 difficult questions you are going to ask today?'
LEARN

- The basics of assertiveness: be clear about your request, lift self-censorship, be prepared for all scenarios
