Training Theme

This training introduces the fundamentals of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and identifies the main obstacles to effective communication. Through practical cases and exercises, it helps to understand and avoid four major pitfalls: judgments, limiting beliefs, binary thinking and disempowering language. Participants learn to observe without judgment, express their feelings, identify their needs and make clear requests. The training encourages the adoption of more empathetic and responsible communication in the professional context.
