Training Theme

​​This training offers an innovative 7-step methodology to transform your department meetings into constructive and engaging moments. It combines information transmission and collective intelligence through practical tools such as the weather of the day, mind-mapping and the facilitation pair. The approach has three major objectives: to promote the circulation of information, to strengthen team cohesion and to encourage co-construction. The training alternates theory, practical cases and concrete examples to allow an immediate application of the concepts presented.
