Training Theme

This hands-on training covers how to effectively manage work disruptions to increase productivity. It begins with a diagnosis of the interruptions (technological and human) that disrupt our concentration. Through figures, it reveals the considerable impact of interruptions on our efficiency: 40% of employees lose time because of them, with an average of one interruption every 8 minutes. The training offers concrete solutions: defining dedicated slots, setting clear rules, using technology wisely, and learning to say no tactfully.

Training Objectives

In this online course, you will learn how to:

  • Diagnose interruptions (date, person, means, reason, urgency).
  • Control technological interruptions by putting them back at our service.
  • Limit human interruptions by setting rules and isolating yourself if necessary.
  • Group interaction times to avoid constant interruptions.
  • Adjust your schedule to reduce the risk of interruptions.
  • Apply our "interruption kit": qualify the request, ask precise questions, and choose to respond based on one's desire and availability (Ok now, Ok later, or Not ok).
