Training Theme

This course explores Transactional Analysis and its three ego states - Parent (normative/nurturing), Adult and Child (submissive/rebellious/free) - to develop more balanced professional relationships. It shows how to go beyond the old parent-child hierarchical model in favor of adult-adult interactions based on co-responsibility. Through questionnaires, videos and practical exercises, participants learn to identify their dominant relationship patterns and cultivate more mature and constructive exchanges. The objective is to promote modern management based on autonomy and mutual trust.

Training Objectives

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Identify the 3 ego states: parent (normative and nurturing), adult, child (submissive, rebellious, and free).
  • Discover through a questionnaire which attitudes you favor.
  • Move away from the traditional parent-child relationship in management to engage in a co-responsible adult-to-adult communication.
  • Understand the 6 attitudes: the functions they fulfill and the risks of excess.
  • Establish healthy communication by adjusting your attitudes as needed for the situations and individuals you encounter.
