Training Theme

This training addresses the managerial mistakes that demotivate teams and proposes concrete solutions to avoid them. It highlights three toxic attitudes: treating employees as mere work instruments, adopting a paternalistic/maternalistic posture, or considering them as incapable of understanding and contributing. Through instructional videos, quizzes and practical exercises, managers learn how to create an environment conducive to motivation by developing an adult-adult relationship, sharing information and giving responsibility. The training also includes advice on how to manage one's own demotivation.

Training Objectives

In this online course, you will learn how to:

  • Avoid treating your employees like tools, children, or fools: these attitudes are highly demotivating for teams.
  • Treat your employees with humanity and genuine interest in their diversity and uniqueness.
  • Recognize the drivers of demotivation and know how to respond when seeing signals of "loss of motivation."
  • Cultivate respect and empathy to prevent demotivation: hosting a team workshop on mutual respect.
  • Talk to your employees as adults, encouraging them to take the initiative and become autonomous.
  • Assign responsibilities to allow employees to develop.
