Training Theme

This training helps to identify and transform limiting beliefs that generate stress and conflict at work. Through Byron Katie's "Work" method, participants learn to question their certainties and adopt more constructive perspectives. The practical tools include four key questions and flipping exercises to change the way you look at situations. The approach combines theory, concrete examples and application exercises to anchor learning. The objective is to develop more mental flexibility and openness to professional changes.
