Training Theme
This 20-minute training explores procrastination from a new angle, not as a flaw to be fought but as a message to be understood. Through a step-by-step approach combining testimonials, expert video and practical exercises, it helps identify the real reasons for postponing tasks and proposes an original method: assessing whether certain procrastinated tasks could be delegated to technology. The training ends with a structured 8-step process to make informed decisions about delegating tasks, allowing you to focus your energy on what really has value.
