Training Theme
This Active Listening training aims to improve communication skills through three key principles: availability, curiosity and openness. Participants learn to use synchronization, questioning and rephrasing to build trust, avoid conflict and foster constructive exchanges. The training includes practical exercises, a self-diagnosis of listening attitudes based on the Porter scale, and inspirational videos to illustrate the concepts. It helps to identify contexts where active listening is essential and provides concrete tools to adjust one's attitudes according to situations.
