Training Theme
This 15-minute training explores techniques for detecting and defusing latent conflicts in a team. It emphasizes that managing tensions is a collective responsibility and not just that of the manager. Through an expert video and practical exercises, it teaches how to identify tension signals, promote open communication and find sustainable solutions. The training focuses on three key attitudes: carrying a positive message, encouraging the expression of disagreements, and collectively seeking constructive solutions.
