Training Theme

This training helps managers develop a culture of innovation in their teams. Through the example of Nokia, it illustrates the importance of anticipating and adapting to change. Managers learn to become drivers of change through three essential levers: active monitoring, proactive thinking with teams, and the use of Test & Learn mode. The training offers concrete tools such as the virtual improvement box and encourages the involvement of teams in continuous innovation. It emphasizes the importance of moving from a reactive posture to a proactive approach to change.

  • Involve teams in the change process, so that they can better anticipate and propose changes, rather than undergo them
