Training Theme
This training explores the collaborative and empowering approach to conflict management inspired by self-governance. It highlights the necessary transition from traditional hierarchical conflict management to a more autonomous approach where employees are empowered. The training emphasizes the importance of a rigorous process, a shared vision and the maturity of the teams. It proposes a three-step methodology: one-on-one interview, internal mediation and a jury meeting, while insisting on essential rules such as confidentiality and commitment. Particular emphasis is placed on the difference between agility and self-management.
