Training Theme

This training introduces the concept of emotional lifts as a tool for managing energy and emotions at work. It explores four types of internal states classified according to their energy level (high/low) and polarity (positive/negative). Participants learn to identify their emotional tendencies, accept unpleasant internal states as signals, and develop strategies for moving from negative to positive states. The training combines theory, practical exercises and concrete tools to help everyone optimize their professional well-being by better managing their emotional states.

Training Objectives

In this online course, you will learn how to:

  • Classify our emotions into 4 elevators based on the criteria of positive/negative and high energy/low energy. 
  • Accept unpleasant Internal States as signals indicating that something is no longer suitable or satisfying to us. 
  • Identify the elevators we wish to take more often and those we want to avoid. 
  • Manage our internal states by switching elevators through appropriate choices and behaviors. 
  • Flourish by progressing into high-energy, positive Internal States.
