Training Theme

This training explores the functioning of the three brains (reptilian, limbic, and neocortex) and their impact on our behavior in stressful situations. Through a theoretical and practical approach, you will discover how the reptilian brain manages survival, the limbic brain processes emotions, and the neocortex enables rational thinking. The course provides concrete tools to better manage stress by understanding the mechanisms of each brain while emphasizing the importance of balancing these three dimensions for informed and conscious decision-making.

Training Objectives

In this online course, you will learn how to:

  • Understand the workings of your 3 brains: reptilian, limbic, and neocortex.
  • Identify which brain takes control during stress and why.
  • Regain control of your choices by not letting stress manipulate you.
  • Manage the stress reactions of your reptilian brain: paralysis, destruction, hyperactivity.
  • Manage the stress reactions of your limbic brain: fight or flight.
  • Calm the first two stressed brains to give more room to the neocortex and your inner wisdom.
