Training Theme

This 15-minute training explores the four essential indicators of successful conflict resolution. It emphasizes the importance of inner resolution (acceptance, peace, accountability) before addressing the practical aspects: the degree of satisfaction of the parties, the quality of post-conflict relationships, the effectiveness of the solution over time and the evaluation of the overall costs (energy, time, motivation, money). The training combines theory and practical exercises to enable participants to evaluate and improve their approach to conflict management in the workplace.
