Training Theme
This training presents a structured methodology for effectively solving problems as a team. It is structured around three key stages: individual consultations to understand points of view, the discussion meeting to share visions without decision-making, and the decision-making meeting to collectively choose solutions. The training emphasizes the importance of a participatory approach limited to a maximum of 6 people, the transformation of problems into objectives, and the crucial role of the manager as a facilitator rather than an arbitrator. Practical tools and concrete examples allow for immediate implementation.
