In particular, it recommends, in the context of remote work, to focus on short-term objectives with frequent follow-up points. Participants learn how to formulate SMART goals, track them with relevant KPIs, and foster collective commitment to achieving them.

  • Negotiate goals with your manager and colleagues: provide room for choice and action.
  • Ensure that your goals align with your personal and professional priorities.
  • Measure the progress of your goals using concrete and/or numerical indicators such as KPIs - Key Performance Indicators.
  • Set deadlines for achieving your goals and establish intermediate milestones.
  • Address obstacles that might hinder the achievement of your goals and prepare strategies to cope with them.
