Training Theme

The training on situational management teaches the adaptation of the management style according to the level of competence and motivation of the employees. It presents four management styles: directive (S1) to supervise incompetent and unmotivated employees, explanatory (S2) to train motivated but incompetent employees, participative (S3) to remotivate competent but demotivated employees, and delegative (S4) to empower competent and motivated employees.
The training offers 4 expert videos that emphasize the importance of correctly assessing the "Motivation" (motivation/competence combination) of employees and adjusting your management style accordingly to optimize their performance and development.
