Through self-diagnosis, expert videos and practical exercises, participants identify their natural negotiation style and learn to adapt it to the context. It also covers frequent mistakes to avoid and provides tools for more constructive communication, favouring win-win solutions while staying authentic.

- Identify your preferred attitudes via a self-assessment questionnaire.
- Decide when avoidance, imposition, accommodation or compromise are appropriate strategies.
- Promote a collaborative attitude in negotiation and conflict management.
- Avoid the 5 classic negotiation mistakes.

- Expert video: Attitudes towards conflict according to Thomas-Kilmann, 11'44.
- Quiz for the validation of prior learning.
- The 5 mistakes not to make in negotiations: lack of preparation; focusing on positions rather than interests; letting emotions take over; adopting a win-lose mentality; giving in too quickly.
