Training Theme
This 15-minute training introduces the equation of change, a powerful tool to facilitate business transformations. It exposes how the interplay between dissatisfaction, vision and the first steps must overcome resistance to enable change. The training analyzes the different attitudes towards change (pioneers, skeptics, wait-and-see, hostile) and provides concrete strategies to support the teams. It also offers practical tools to co-construct a vision and implement the first steps of change.
