Training Theme

This training helps to develop a constructive attitude at work by identifying and overcoming the three main obstacles: criticism, confirmation and justification. She proposes four positive levers to transform the impossible into the possible: moving from "if" to "how", from criticism to propositions, from past orientation to future orientation, and from impossible to possible. The training encourages the adoption of an "optirealist" posture that combines realism about the present and optimism for the future. Practical tools and exercises make it possible to anchor these new behaviours in everyday professional life.

Training Objectives

In this course, you will learn how to:

  • Avoid obstacles to a constructive attitude: criticism, confirmation, and justification.
  • Stop grumbling and distance yourself from grumblers: transform criticism into proactive suggestions.
  • Open up and enrich yourself with diverse perspectives to break free from confirmation bias.
  • Wait to be questioned and taking responsibility for what we've done is the way out of justification.
  • Turn ""If"" into ""How"" to become a magician of possibilities.
  • Move beyond blind enthusiasm and plaintive pessimism to embrace the attitude of an ""optirealist"" (realistic about the present and optimistic about the future).
