Training Theme

This training offers a practical approach to developing diversity and inclusion in your team through 6 key behaviors. It begins with personal challenges and motivations for change, clarifies the distinction between autonomy and independence, then presents actionable inclusive behaviours: using existing resources, welcoming newcomers, understanding colleagues, diversifying collaborations, ensuring all voices are heard, and constructively managing disagreements. Practical tools and concrete examples anchor these learnings in daily work.

• Quiz on the ideas conveyed by the video

• Expert video: 6 inclusive behaviours in teams, 5'44
• Quiz and TRUE/FALSE on inclusive behaviours

ANCHOR

• Welcoming newcomers and good onboarding practices
• Facilitating onboarding: 8 practical tips
• Use concrete examples to define your own commitment to change.
