Training Theme
This training invites us to transform our perception of conflict to make it an opportunity for positive change. Through a pedagogical approach combining expert videos, interactive exercises and personal reflections, it explores how conflict can enrich perspectives, develop emotional intelligence and strengthen cooperation. The training deconstructs the idea that a conflict-free team is necessarily healthy, and offers concrete tools to make conflict a lever for constructive change. The emphasis is on individual responsibility and the ability to learn from each conflict situation.
Training Objectives
In this online course, you will learn how to:
- Use conflict as an opportunity to enrich your perspectives and those of the team.
- Use conflict to boost your emotional intelligence.
- Overcome your fears, the need for approval, and the need to be right, which so often trigger conflict.
