Training Theme
This training explores win-win communication based on a relationship of equals. Through the concept of life positions in Transactional Analysis, it demonstrates how to adopt an "OK/OK" position for healthy professional relationships. The training addresses the four possible positions in a relationship (inferiority, superiority, resignation, collaboration) and provides concrete tools to maintain balanced communication, even when dealing with an interlocutor in another position. The emphasis is on the antidote to toxic relationships: the ability to maintain a relationship of equals, while protecting oneself from power games.
