Training Theme

This training addresses the management of conflicts whose source seems "untreatable": conflicts of values, incompatible personalities and a stressful external environment. Through testimonies, an expert video and practical exercises, it explores how to overcome these seemingly hopeless situations. The training introduces the concept of the "irritant" as a metaphor for intractable conflict and proposes four coping strategies: survive, live well, tame or get out. The emphasis is on the importance of verbalizing differences, negotiating adjustments and restructuring the organization of work to alleviate these sources of tension.
