This 20-minute training aims to develop mediation skills to effectively manage conflicts in the workplace. It explores the five essential talents of the mediator (empathy, patience, active listening, neutrality and trust) and shows how to put them into practice to foster constructive dialogue. Through theoretical content, practical exercises and role-plays, participants learn to adopt a mediator posture to resolve conflicts, improve communication and restore a climate of trust within teams. The training emphasizes the importance of neutrality and active listening in the mediation process.
