Training Theme
This training explores the different sources of conflict in the workplace, both traditional and emerging. It highlights three main sources: the environment (economic context, cultural differences), work organization (management, processes) and interpersonal relationships. Particular attention is being paid to new challenges such as digital transformation, generational gaps and teleworking. Through practical cases and concrete tools, the training helps to identify sources of tension and proposes strategies to defuse them, thus promoting a more harmonious working environment.
