Training Theme
This training helps overcome conflict avoidance by identifying and defusing its four main factors: denial, inhibition, fear of losing, and naïve belief in spontaneous resolution. It shows that plugging is not solving and that avoidance is a form of inflation of conflict. Through practical tools and a progressive methodology, it provides the skills to approach conflicts in a proactive and constructive manner. The training provides concrete strategies for breaking out of denial, overcoming inhibition, managing relationship anxiety, and taking a realistic approach to conflict.
