The training presents the DESC method (Describe, Express, Solution, Conclusion), a practical tool inspired by Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication. This constructive 4-step method allows you to express your feedback and requests with respect, without judgment or aggressiveness. Through concrete examples in a professional context, the training shows how to use DESC to formulate requests, manage conflicts and receive criticism in a constructive way. The emphasis is on expressing emotions and needs while preserving the quality of the relationship.
