Training Theme

This 15-minute training course presents three effective tactics to reduce the explosive load of conflict in the workplace: silence, empathy and distraction. It teaches how to avoid the trap of verbal ping-pong and use circumvention as a constructive strategy. Participants learn how to manage feeders and practice physical and mental distraction techniques. The training combines theory and practical exercises to help everyone develop their own approach to conflict avoidance, thus promoting a more serene work environment.
