This 15-minute training provides practical tools to effectively diagnose and manage conflicts in business. Through 10 key questions and two essential preliminary questions, it assesses whether the parties are ready to resolve their dispute. The training addresses situations where a person denies the existence of the conflict and proposes appropriate solutions, whether collaborative or unilateral. She emphasizes the importance of identifying the impacts on the team and creating an environment conducive to constructive dialogue.

Training Objectives

In this online course, you will learn how to:

  • Recognize that a problem exists even if it doesn't directly impact you.
  • Find unilateral solutions when facing an interlocutor who doesn't recognize the problem.
  • Identify the obstacles and fears of the stakeholders.
  • Find unilateral solutions when one of the parties lacks the desire or capability to do so.
  • Explore creative alternatives to resolve the conflict.
  • Practice letting go in order to find compromise solutions.
  • Decide between resorting to a third party, separation, or a unilateral solution.
