Training Theme

This training raises awareness of unconscious discrimination and privilege in the professional world. It allows us to understand how some groups are naturally privileged (in-groups) while others are excluded (out-groups). Through the "Wheel of Privilege", participants learn about the different forms of discrimination and learn to recognize their own privileges. Concrete tools and practical examples are provided to promote inclusion and equity in the workplace. The training encourages everyone to become an agent of change by adopting more inclusive behaviours.
