start by creating a team's meeting.

00:00:09

Then go to the conversation of this meeting to

00:00:11

access the whiteboard and prepare your support materials.

00:00:16

For this workshop,

00:00:17

we will prepare two images representing themes that can

00:00:20

motivate or hinder your team during a project.

00:00:24

The goal is for team members to answer a simple question.

00:00:29

What are the three elements that motivate you coming from a manager?

00:00:34

What are the three points that you consider as hindrances?

00:00:38

Be aware that we are using 2 pre-made images for this example,

00:00:42

but you can certainly use the live whiteboard tool during your meeting

00:00:46

and ask your team to create these

00:00:48

lists of motivating and hindering points themselves.

00:00:53

Once the whiteboard is ready,

00:00:56

Join the meeting and launch whiteboard through content sharing.

00:01:01

Once inside,

00:01:02

explain the procedure to your team.

00:01:05

Each person will be able to circle the three points they consider most important.

00:01:11

In terms of motivation,

00:01:14

And those they see as hindrances.

00:01:17

Are they mainly motivated by stability and clarity?

00:01:22

Do they feel blocked by boredom and time pressure?

00:01:26

Now that each person has given their opinion,

00:01:30

You can export the results if needed.

00:01:34

Or find them in the conversation tabs of your meeting.

00:01:39

You now have a visual synthesis of the points

00:01:41

your team is looking for in terms of leadership.

00:01:45

In the next exercise,

00:01:48

We will see how to exploit these results.
