00:00:52

what the time of the meeting is filled with

and whether it corresponds to the time planned.

The roles,

00:02:01

are there delegated roles,

00:02:03

timekeeper,

scribe?

00:02:05

Are there other meeting facilitators and animators other than the manager,

00:02:10

or is everything focused on him or her?

00:02:12

Supervision will be particularly interesting before and after doing

00:02:17

some in-depth work with the teams on the theme.

00:02:32

and make sure old habits haven't taken over.

00:02:36

Your supervisor,

00:02:37

a specialist in meeting facilitation,

00:02:40

can help you after their diagnosis to

00:02:43

design and facilitate the meetings that will follow

00:02:46

with more framework,

00:02:47

participation and creativity,
