00:00:04

there was a manager named Max

00:00:06

known for transforming monotonous meetings

00:00:08

into lively theatrical performances.

00:00:11

Each meeting was a spectacle in itself,

00:00:14

an event that no one wanted to miss.

00:00:16

Max admitted spending 4 hours preparing for each 1.5 hour meeting.

00:00:21

When told that it was a lot of time,

00:00:23

he added,

00:00:24

but it's my role,

00:00:26

and believe me,

00:00:27

I might take a lot of time,

00:00:28

but I save time for everyone,

00:00:30

and it's a joy to see motivated and engaged participants.

00:00:35

From dawn,

00:00:36

Max prepared the arena.

00:00:37

He meticulously chose the agenda,

00:00:40

having sought the opinions of his team on the scenes to be played

00:00:44

at the appointed time,

00:00:45

the actors,

00:00:46

no,

00:00:46

the employees,

00:00:47

entered,

00:00:48

greeted by an energetic Max.

00:00:50

The stage was set,

00:00:52

a room brightened with colorful visuals,

00:00:54

chairs arranged in a U to facilitate exchange,

00:00:57

a large screen,

00:00:59

and a white board ready to welcome ideas.

00:01:02

Max,

00:01:02

wearing his facilitator's hat,

00:01:04

opened the scene by detailing the flow of the show,

00:01:07

sorry,

00:01:08

the meeting with a touch of humor that relaxed the atmosphere.

00:01:12

The rules of the game were clear,

00:01:14

written on a large paper board,

00:01:16

listening,

00:01:16

kindness,

00:01:17

and active participation.

00:01:19

Everyone had a role to play.

00:01:21

There was the timekeeper,

00:01:23

the reporter,

00:01:24

and the debate instigator,

00:01:25

rotating roles that involved everyone.

00:01:29

Like a well orchestrated play.

00:01:31

The acts followed one another,

00:01:32

punctuated by playful breaks.

00:01:35

Max knew how to pace the meeting,

00:01:37

alternating between serious reflection,

00:01:40

decision making,

00:01:40

and action plan construction.

00:01:43

He didn't hesitate to use images to illustrate his points,

00:01:46

making the discussions even more lively.

00:01:50

When it came time to conclude,

00:01:52

Max summarized the decisions taken and the road map with contagious

00:01:55

enthusiasm and gave a preview of the next theater meeting.

00:01:59

The employees,

00:02:00

stimulated and valued,

00:02:02

left the room with a smile and heads full of ideas.

00:02:06

Max's meetings had become legendary,

00:02:08

a model of engagement and dynamism,

00:02:11

a true theater where everyone was an actor in collective success,

00:02:15

and the curtain fell

00:02:17

until the next performance.
