00:00:02

founder of World Education,

00:00:04

there are 3 types of people

00:00:06

the one bag people.

00:00:08

The one bag person needs security.

00:00:10

They seek information.

00:00:12

This information,

00:00:13

true or false,

00:00:14

allows them to draw conclusions.

00:00:16

They then say this is it.

00:00:18

This is how it should be.

00:00:20

They are convinced,

00:00:21

sure of themselves,

00:00:22

it's black or white.

00:00:23

It's difficult for them to question themselves and introduce something new.

00:00:27

New information is gray to them.

00:00:30

A leader who has succeeded and becomes an authority on their subject

00:00:33

to the point of being regularly interviewed can quickly become one bag.

00:00:38

They have the solution and no longer listen.

00:00:41

Gradually,

00:00:42

the company declines because it disconnects from reality,

00:00:45

which changes so fast today.

00:00:47

The multi-bags people,

00:00:49

the multi-bags person likes to have a lot of information.

00:00:54

They think information is important and collect a lot to not be caught off guard.

00:00:59

They thus feel important,

00:01:00

knowledgeable,

00:01:01

erudite,

00:01:02

and cultured.

00:01:03

They can't really listen as their mind is full of information.

00:01:07

In a conversation they immediately think about what to say,

00:01:10

what to answer.

00:01:11

Their chain of information starts up,

00:01:13

and they don't listen.

00:01:14

They interrupt others to say,

00:01:16

Ah,

00:01:17

I know.

00:01:18

Ah,

00:01:18

that reminds me of this.

00:01:20

It can be interesting to listen to them for a while,

00:01:23

but very soon one can be fed up.

00:01:26

The mind of the multi bagg's person is a butterfly that

00:01:29

compares everything to its knowledge and has difficulty settling into action.

00:01:34

The no bag people.

00:01:36

The no bag person does not carry their bag of information with them.

00:01:41

When they read a book,

00:01:42

they go to the essence to the essential.

00:01:44

They can forget the name,

00:01:46

the author.

00:01:46

It's not important.

00:01:48

When told something,

00:01:49

they will listen to you 10 times as if it was the first time they heard it,

00:01:54

whereas a one bag will tell you you're right or you're wrong,

00:01:57

and a multi bag will say,

00:01:59

I already know that.

00:02:00

The no bag person empties their mind when you talk to them.

00:02:04

Each of your words is heard in high fidelity.

00:02:08

The no bag is not afraid to say I don't know.

00:02:11

They are serene,

00:02:12

open,

00:02:13

empty.

00:02:13

They travel smart.

00:02:14

They travel light.

00:02:16

They are not afraid of missing important information.

00:02:19

They know they can ask for it at any time from others or from generative AI.

00:02:24

They are 100% attentive to others,

00:02:27

and because they are available,

00:02:29

they will better memorize the essentials which can serve to embellish their life.

00:02:33

Furthermore,

00:02:34

they will more easily make decisions at the moment because they

00:02:37

will not be overloaded with unnecessary biased or contradictory information.

00:02:43

Henry Ford was called an idiot by the press because he

00:02:46

did not answer a simple technical question about his job.

00:02:49

He replied to the press,

00:02:51

Why would I put all that in my head?

00:02:53

My mind must be empty.

00:02:55

I will know how to call upon people who know my employees.

00:02:59

Einstein did not know his phone number.

00:03:01

He had more important things to remember.

00:03:04

Why retain too much information?

00:03:06

The accumulation of knowledge or general culture is not a proof of wisdom.

00:03:11

In martial arts one must have a very clear head and just listen and watch.

00:03:16

It is the best way to make the best

00:03:18

decisions and align one's actions with the present moment.
