00:00:03

where seconds are grains of sand and minutes precious stones,

00:00:06

lived a time artisan named Timmio.

00:00:09

One day his boss,

00:00:10

the grandrologist,

00:00:12

summoned Timmio,

00:00:13

My time is precious,

00:00:15

he grumbled,

00:00:16

and yours should be too.

00:00:18

How do you plan to stop stealing it from me?

00:00:20

Timmio,

00:00:21

although skilled in the art of efficiency,

00:00:23

was caught off guard.

00:00:25

He had never felt like he was stealing his boss's time.

00:00:28

Sometimes he thought it was his boss who stole his most precious hours,

00:00:32

especially in the evening when he was about to go home.

00:00:35

He'd never talked about it,

00:00:36

of course.

00:00:37

Timmio did recognize,

00:00:39

however,

00:00:39

that their meetings were sometimes long and not always productive.

00:00:43

That's when he had a brilliant idea.

00:00:46

Instead of blaming his boss for also stealing his time,

00:00:50

Timmio proposed an alliance with time.

00:00:53

Why not make our exchanges as valuable as the minutes themselves,

00:00:57

he suggested.

00:00:59

Let's create a reporting board where you can see

00:01:01

the progress of our missions without me disturbing you.

00:01:04

The grand arologist,

00:01:06

intrigued,

00:01:07

agreed.

00:01:08

Timmio thus created an enchanted board where every advancement

00:01:12

became visible like the stars in the night sky.

00:01:15

But Timmio didn't stop there.

00:01:17

He thought about his boss's needs,

00:01:19

expectations,

00:01:20

and priorities before each meeting.

00:01:22

Preparing solutions like one prepares potions,

00:01:26

he transformed interruptions into interactions and their

00:01:29

meetings into moments of productive exchange.

00:01:33

When the grandoorologist became too present,

00:01:36

Timmio successfully convinced him that more autonomy would

00:01:39

allow him to forge hours of higher quality.

00:01:42

And when the boss was too absent,

00:01:44

Timo took the lead,

00:01:46

writing messages as clear as the tick tock of a clock,

00:01:49

suggesting meetings like proposing a time travel.

00:01:52

Thanks to his wisdom,

00:01:54

Timio managed to make time an ally for both him and his boss,

00:01:58

demonstrating that even in a kingdom ruled by clocks,

00:02:01

it's the quality of shared time that forges the greatest works.
