What is the color energy in which my colleagues feel most comfortable

00:00:12

or least comfortable?

00:00:15

Let's use the Microsoft Forms tool.

00:00:19

To survey the team and learn more about our ways of working.

00:00:24

We will start by creating a form on the Microsoft 365 online portal.

00:00:29

Once the title of the form is found.

00:00:33

And the description is added if necessary.

00:00:37

Let's start writing our questions.

00:00:40

For this workshop,

00:00:41

we will use Leichardt scale questions to highlight a more significant trend.

00:00:46

Each respondent will need to indicate the two options that correspond the most

00:00:51

and the two that correspond the least.

00:00:53

We will use 4 different questions.

00:00:57

And each proposed answer will reflect an energy of a certain color.

00:01:02

Two response options will be possible.

00:01:06

Not at all,

00:01:07

and absolutely.

00:01:09

To summarize,

00:01:10

our form contains 4 questions.

00:01:14

Each contains 4 statements.

00:01:17

Participants will need to choose the two statements that correspond the most.

00:01:23

And the two that correspond the lease.

00:01:27

Once the questionnaire is written,

00:01:30

We

00:01:30

can share it by email on Microsoft Teams.

00:01:34

Or by using a QR code.

00:01:37

We will find the results live from this menu.

00:01:42

In this menu,

00:01:42

each question and the associated answers can help you deduce a certain trend.

00:01:48

You can now take these trends into account and adapt your management accordingly.

00:01:54

The results can be exported to Microsoft Excel or shared as is.

00:01:59

We will see in future exercises how to

00:02:01

combine these discoveries to adapt our management.
