a quiet house nestled among century old trees,

00:00:04

Ellon and Natasha,

00:00:06

a dynamic couple,

00:00:07

worked for the same thriving company.

00:00:10

Telecommuting was their new playground,

00:00:12

but their time management left much to be desired.

00:00:15

Natasha the dreamer often lost herself in the meanders of procrastination,

00:00:20

easily distracted by her cat,

00:00:22

pop-ups on her personal phone,

00:00:24

and household chores.

00:00:26

Meanwhile,

00:00:27

Elon,

00:00:27

the workaholic,

00:00:28

seemed to have a perpetual appointment with his

00:00:31

computer until the early hours of the night.

00:00:33

He believed he had to be 100% available to clients,

00:00:37

even those living in different time zones.

00:00:39

Natasha often struggled with the applications provided by the company

00:00:43

which seemed to play hide and seek with her files,

00:00:46

so much time wasted.

00:00:48

She neglected to do the necessary updates and

00:00:51

was always a step behind her colleagues.

00:00:53

In every virtual meeting,

00:00:55

her colleagues complained about not being able to hear or see her.

00:00:59

Elon,

00:00:59

on the other hand,

00:01:00

was drowning in an ocean of emails and ignored calls.

00:01:03

Only emails from his clients were answered instantly.

00:01:07

He accumulated messages from colleagues left

00:01:09

unanswered to their great discontent.

00:01:12

The team,

00:01:13

including Elon,

00:01:13

lost incredible amounts of time in lack of communication and coordination.

00:01:18

Their respective managers had tried to help Ellen

00:01:21

and Natasha with their remote time management,

00:01:23

but their attitudes didn't seem to change.

00:01:26

Then,

00:01:26

on a sunny morning,

00:01:28

the company introduced them to an unexpected gift,

00:01:30

a virtual assistant coach named Virtuoso.

00:01:34

With a soft voice and sharp advice,

00:01:37

Virtuoso helped Ellonn navigate through the

00:01:39

icebergs of disorganization and overwork,

00:01:42

and Natasha through the waves of distraction and procrastination.

00:01:46

Virtuoso also helped Natasha tame technology,

00:01:49

turning recalcitrant applications into faithful allies,

00:01:54

assisting her with updates and video calls.

00:01:56

Elon for his part,

00:01:58

discovered the magic of organization and how everything became fluid when

00:02:02

communication with his colleagues was done on a daily basis.

00:02:06

Thanks to virtuoso,

00:02:07

there was not a single colleague's message that went unanswered within the day,

00:02:11

and no client message received after 6 p.m.

00:02:15

The icing on the cake,

00:02:16

Natasha and Ellon found a healthy balance between their work and personal life and

00:02:21

their love life.
