to allow a flow of free and constructive ideas

00:00:27

to relax the atmosphere,

00:00:28

Anita then proposes a quick game of

00:00:31

technological riddles co-created with chat GPT.

00:00:35

For example,

00:00:36

I learned from my mistakes.

00:00:37

I can speak without a mouth and see without eyes.

The team enjoys this setting a dynamic tone for the meeting.

00:00:49

The team moves on to the creative warm up round.

00:00:52

Anita presents some puzzles to stimulate lateral thinking.

00:00:55

An example riddle.

00:00:58

In the near future,

00:00:59

a highly advanced AI is capable of learning and mastering any skill in seconds.

00:01:05

However,

00:01:05

there's one particular skill it can never master,

00:01:08

no matter how much time it devotes to it.

00:01:11

What is this skill and why?

00:01:13

Minds warm up pondering the potential limitations of AI

00:01:16

while exploring the wonderful uniqueness of the human nature.

00:01:21

Fifth step,

00:01:22

the divergent phase.

00:01:23

Participants are divided into groups and embark on

00:01:26

a lively brainstorming session on the initial question

00:01:29

How can we optimally use technologies and

00:01:32

artificial intelligence in our service by 2030?

00:01:36

They explore futuristic scenarios,

00:01:38

propose innovative AI applications,

00:01:41

and consider cutting edge technological integrations.

00:01:44

Sixth step,

00:01:45

the convergent phase.

00:01:47

The team gathers ideas,

00:01:49

discusses them,

00:01:50

merges some,

00:01:51

and discards others.

00:01:52

They identify the most promising suggestions,

00:01:55

including the use of AI for predictive analysis,

00:01:58

automating repetitive tasks,

00:02:00

and creating a real-time collaborative platform.

00:02:04

Finally,

00:02:04

they reach the last step,

00:02:06

actualization.

00:02:07

Responsibilities are shared,

00:02:14

working groups are formed,

00:02:15

and deadlines are set before the next progress meeting.
