and he adopted the Glow model.

00:00:19

G is for goal.

00:00:21

Elon had a clear vision.

00:00:23

To create a revolutionary battery that would allow Tesla

cars to drive thousands of kilometers without recharging,

00:00:30

far surpassing the competition.

00:00:32

R is for reality,

00:00:34

but reality was harsh.

00:00:36

There were many skeptics,

00:00:48

He knew that with means,

00:00:49

time,

00:00:49

and conviction,

00:00:50

talented researchers and engineers could find a way.

00:00:54

Oh,

00:00:55

it is for options.

00:00:56

Elon was a dreamer,

00:00:58

and even opened Tesla's patents to the public to stimulate innovation.

00:01:12

He was open and ready to dig into every option presented to him.

00:01:17

He even harshly dismissed some engineers who dared to tell him

00:01:21

there are no options.

00:01:22

It's impossible to reach your goal.

00:01:24

W is for will.

00:01:26

With an iron will,

00:01:28

he overcame each obstacle mockery and failure.

00:01:31

He tirelessly tested options until choosing the best one.

assigned specific responsibilities to his team,

00:01:45

and set challenging deadlines.

00:01:47

Each milestone reached was celebrated,

00:01:49

and every obstacle turned into an opportunity for learning.

00:01:53

When the first prototype battery passed the tests,

00:01:56

it was a victory,

00:01:57

paving the way for revolutionary advances in the electric automotive industry.
