even if we deal with a very regional market,

00:00:07

suppliers,

00:00:07

expertise and knowledge bases require us to interact globally,

00:00:12

so it's a significant challenge.

00:00:15

However,

00:00:16

there is no problem on earth that I have observed,

00:00:19

and

00:00:20

I have advised more than 500 companies in my professional life

00:00:24

that required more than 6 people,

00:00:26

7 maybe,

00:00:27

to be solved.

00:00:29

There is no problem on earth that requires more than 6 people,

00:00:34

and I'm not talking about approval.

00:00:36

I'm talking about problem solving,

00:00:38

bringing perspectives,

00:00:40

options,

00:00:40

solutions.

00:00:41

And with 6 people

00:00:43

you can work remotely across time zones.

00:00:46

Indeed,

00:00:47

the problem is when we have 2050 people in a meeting.

00:00:51

In that case,

00:00:52

it's not problem solving,

00:00:53

it's information,

00:00:54

communication,

00:00:56

and then we can make videos that people can watch at

00:00:58

their convenience without having to work through difficult time zones.

00:01:03

But significant problems do not require more than 6 people to be solved,

00:01:08

and significant problems don't arise every day or even every week.

00:01:13

So for me it is entirely possible to solve problems collaboratively,

00:01:18

whether in person or remotely,

00:01:20

regardless of time zones.
