00:00:04

Alex worked at NovaLink,

00:00:06

a pioneering company in the future of work.

00:00:09

Here's a typical day for Alex.

00:00:12

Alex woke up at 8:17 a.m. He hadn't set an alarm and let his body decide when to wake up.

00:00:19

His virtual assistant Lera presented him with his schedule for the day

00:00:23

and asked if he wanted to cancel,

00:00:25

move,

00:00:25

or add any activities.

00:00:27

Alex asked her to add a massage session at 11:30 a.m.

00:00:31

Alex connected to the team's virtual coffee via hologram.

00:00:35

This virtual coffee took place every day at 9 a.m.,

00:00:38

and attendance was voluntary.

00:00:41

Antos,

00:00:41

the AI responsible for running it,

00:00:43

offered fun icebreakers,

00:00:45

exciting discussion topics,

00:00:47

and provided information requested about the company.

00:00:50

Antos also suggested small individual or collaborative missions

00:00:54

ranging from 2 hours to a week.

00:00:57

This creative program was called Oxygen Bubbles.

00:01:00

Everyone could volunteer according to their skills and desires.

00:01:04

Alex's mission sheet occupied him 70%,

00:01:07

so he was free to get involved in new

00:01:08

missions as he saw fit according to its availability.

00:01:12

At 10:30 a.m. he went to Novalik's futuristic office.

00:01:17

Upon arrival,

00:01:17

Lera,

00:01:18

his virtual assistant,

00:01:20

suggested optimizations for his project

00:01:22

based on her algorithmic analysis and calculations.

00:01:26

Alex

00:01:27

appreciated this augmented intelligence that

00:01:29

strengthened his decision-making autonomy.

00:01:32

He approved two out of three of his virtual

00:01:34

assistant suggestions without needing to refer to his boss.

00:01:38

After a creative session with his team,

00:01:41

which involved contributing new ideas to the oxygen bubbles program,

00:01:45

he headed to the wellness area for a robotic massage session,

00:01:49

allowing optimal relaxation before diving into an intense work phase.

00:01:54

In the afternoon,

00:01:55

armed with his technological tools,

00:01:57

Alex worked on his project.

00:01:59

The assistance algorithms facilitated complex decision making while

00:02:04

allowing the necessary latitude for human creativity.

00:02:07

The flexibility of the schedule allowed him to manage his time effectively,

00:02:12

alternating between periods of focus

00:02:14

and small regenerative physical or mental breaks.

00:02:18

When he finished his work on the project,

00:02:20

his virtual assistant Lea immediately produced a summary of his work,

00:02:25

which was made available on the collaborative platform.

00:02:28

Thus,

00:02:28

the entire team could know the progress of

00:02:30

the project and leave comments and questions.

00:02:34

Around 4 p.m. he had a virtual meeting with his AI coach

00:02:38

who helped him identify personal and professional development opportunities

00:02:42

based on the analysis of his performance and team feedback.

00:02:46

At the end of the day,

00:02:47

Alex participated in a virtual reality training session

00:02:51

organized by Novalik.

00:02:53

He had indeed requested training to enhance

00:02:55

his soft skills in an immersive environment.

00:02:59

He met some of his colleagues in this very playful and interactive training.

00:03:03

When he returned home,

00:03:04

Alex recommended to a friend to apply at NovaLink.

00:03:08

He loved the symbiosis between humans and technology,

00:03:12

allowing exemplary autonomy,

00:03:13

flexibility,

00:03:14

and co-responsibility.
