the manager has had to wear seven different hats

00:00:07

that of the boss,

00:00:08

then the chief,

00:00:10

the executive,

00:00:12

the leader,

00:00:13

the coach,

00:00:15

the entrepreneur,

00:00:16

and finally the facilitator.

00:00:19

But that's not all.

00:00:20

There's more.

00:00:21

The manager often found himself alone at the helm of a

00:00:25

ship filled with collaborators for whom he was held 100% responsible.

00:00:30

He had to make them productive and happy,

00:00:33

but that's not all.

00:00:35

Our heroic manager must increasingly make efforts and row against the current.

00:00:40

With his team boat.

00:00:41

He goes up the stream of a river agitated by paradoxes and strong headwinds.

00:00:47

Are the managers tired?

00:00:49

We understand why.

00:00:51

Can we dream that in 10 years

00:00:54

the manager no longer has these 7 roles to play,

00:00:57

these 7 hats to wear?

00:00:59

The manager is no longer alone in steering the team's ship,

00:01:03

and that the ship ceases to confront paradoxes,

00:01:07

countercurrents,

00:01:08

and sometimes harmful headwinds,

00:01:10

sometimes blown by its own company.
