a consultant and creator at World Education,

00:00:05

invented the concept of the yes yes no shield.

00:00:08

What is written on the three corners of the yes yes no shield?

00:00:11

1,

00:00:12

yes,

00:00:13

I am important.

00:00:14

2,

00:00:15

yes,

00:00:15

others are important.

00:00:17

3,

00:00:18

no,

00:00:18

I am not seeking to be loved.

00:00:21

This shield has 8 possible combinations,

00:00:24

but only yes,

00:00:24

yes,

00:00:25

no frees and makes one happy.

00:00:27

First corner of the shield.

00:00:29

Yes,

00:00:29

I am important.

00:00:31

Give yourself VIP status.

00:00:33

You are a very important person.

00:00:36

You are a miracle of nature.

00:00:38

Your two eyes,

00:00:39

for example,

00:00:39

can save thousands of people and thousands of euros because you might spot a fire.

00:00:45

Your value is infinite regardless of the money in

00:00:48

your bank account or the number of your friends.

00:00:50

Tell yourself I exist for a good reason.

00:00:54

The world would be missing someone if I did not exist.

00:00:57

Treat yourself as a VIP at every moment.

00:01:01

Yes,

00:01:02

others are important.

00:01:04

Others are also VIPs.

00:01:06

Everything we possess is made by others our meal,

00:01:09

this chair,

00:01:10

our house.

00:01:11

They have done everything for our well-being.

00:01:14

We are not alone.

00:01:15

If others are there and exist,

00:01:17

it's for a good reason.

00:01:19

Even our enemy is important because they highlight our blockages and fragilities,

00:01:23

helping us to consciously choose to go beyond.

00:01:26

They contribute to our liberation unless we refuse the message of their presence.

00:01:31

All others are VIPs,

00:01:33

even strangers and those who rub our wounds.

00:01:36

But beware,

00:01:37

seeing them as VIPs does not mean becoming their servants.

00:01:42

And the base of the shield.

00:01:44

No,

00:01:44

I am not seeking to be loved.

00:01:47

Seeking to be loved is to live in constant worry.

00:01:50

It's trying to control oneself to gain approval or love from others,

00:01:54

no matter what others think.

00:01:55

Let's stay free.

00:01:57

We don't have to wear makeup or twist ourselves.

00:01:59

For someone else,

00:02:01

a VIP does not do that.

00:02:03

It's true freedom,

00:02:05

true power to understand that we don't need to be loved.

00:02:09

The incredible power of the yes,

00:02:10

yes,

00:02:11

no shield is that it offers the ability to approach everyone.

00:02:15

Everyone is a VIP.

00:02:17

We can talk with the same gaze,

00:02:19

with the same respect to a homeless person or a leader.

00:02:22

We will have access to one.

00:02:25

This shield stops all negative thoughts.

00:02:28

I am important.

00:02:29

Others are important.

00:02:30

I don't need to be loved.

00:02:32

From then on,

00:02:33

I am totally free to speak,

00:02:35

to create.

00:02:36

I have nothing to prove.

00:02:37

I can say no to someone while continuing to see them as a VIP.

00:02:42

Everyone can criticize me,

00:02:43

and I will continue to smile.

00:02:45

If you smile,

00:02:47

people will want to work with you.

00:02:49

And if someone asks you,

00:02:50

why are you smiling?

00:02:51

reply,

00:02:53

because you are a VIP.
