and that's their positivity.

00:00:06

They spend their time repeating.

00:00:08

It's terrific,

00:00:09

beautiful,

00:00:10

incredible,

00:00:10

fantastic,

00:00:11

amazing.

00:00:12

But isn't it pleasant to be around someone positive?

00:00:16

Yes,

00:00:16

but most of the time they don't mean what they say.

00:00:19

They're deluding themselves.

00:00:21

Their positivity is just a superficial way to appear friendly,

00:00:25

optimistic,

00:00:26

and to avoid hurting anyone.

00:00:28

How can you trust them?

00:00:30

As for me,

00:00:31

one thing that deeply irritates me about the French

00:00:34

is their negativity.

00:00:36

They spend their time complaining about everything

00:00:39

and block any attempt at change.

00:00:41

When they are not happy,

00:00:42

they go on strike or protest.

00:00:44

How can they progress by focusing only on what's wrong?

00:00:48

Personally,

00:00:49

I am a fan of the opti realists,

00:00:51

optimistic and realistic,

00:00:54

realistic and optimistic.

00:00:57

They are realistic,

00:00:58

down to earth,

00:00:59

and they have this touch of creativity

00:01:01

filled with optimism that makes them create more beauty in the world.

00:01:06

They are builders and create bridges between a present they appreciate

00:01:10

and an even more beautiful future they believe in.

00:01:13

They don't pretend everything is fine.

00:01:15

They know how to stand up when something needs to be changed in a reality

00:01:20

and inspire their peers to build a better world.

00:01:23

They don't sit in their armchair criticizing and complaining.

00:01:26

They roll up their sleeves and face challenges with proactive optimism.

00:01:31

They beautify the world

00:01:33

and above all,

00:01:34

they know how to applaud and celebrate the small and big things.

00:01:39

They show gratitude for what reality offers us day after day,

00:01:43

opt to realists,

00:01:44

realistic about the beauty and imperfections of the present

00:01:48

and optimistic about the future to be built.
