Delia was well known for her ability

00:00:09

to navigate through the storms of transformation

00:00:12

that regularly shook her kingdom.

00:00:15

Whenever a wind of change blew,

00:00:17

the people of Metamorphopolis had learned to make

00:00:19

the best of it with Delia's precious help.

00:00:22

One day,

00:00:23

a whirlwind of change was announced.

00:00:25

This whirlwind had been created in the east by deadly

00:00:28

wars and in the west by an unprecedented technological revolution.

00:00:33

Delia immediately knew that her people,

00:00:35

although well accustomed to change,

00:00:37

needed reinforcement to face this threatening whirlwind.

00:00:41

She used three magical stones for this the sharing stone,

00:00:45

the co-creation stone,

00:00:46

and the action stone.

00:00:49

With the sharing stone,

00:00:50

Delia listened to the concerns of her subjects.

00:00:53

She invited everyone to talk about their fears and hopes.

00:00:56

Even when information was scarce,

00:00:58

she repeated what she knew over and over,

00:01:01

ensuring that every person felt heard.

00:01:04

Then with the co-creation stone she formed working groups,

00:01:08

a group for each wind of change,

00:01:10

a group for each fear.

00:01:12

She knew she couldn't carry the weight of the kingdom alone.

00:01:15

Let's navigate together,

00:01:16

build together,

00:01:17

she proclaimed.

00:01:18

She encouraged collaboration and team spirit,

00:01:21

making sure everyone was in the same boat,

00:01:23

literally and metaphorically.

00:01:26

Finally,

00:01:27

with the action stone.

00:01:29

Delia led her people to action.

00:01:31

Rather than convincing them with words,

00:01:34

she pushed them to act.

00:01:35

She urged them to determine the steps to take to face the whirlwind.

00:01:40

She knew that action was the best way to overcome fear.

00:01:43

When the whirlwind of change hit Metamorphopolis head on,

00:01:47

the city not only remained intact but also

00:01:50

became stronger and more united than ever.

00:01:53

The inhabitants thanked Delia not for leading alone,

00:01:57

but for guiding them together through this consciousness revolution,

00:02:00

and the legend of Queen Delia and her three magical stones continued in the kingdom,

00:02:06

reminding one of the importance of sharing,

00:02:09

co-creating,

00:02:09

and acting in the face of change.
