One facilitator rather than commander,

00:00:18

Yoda never imposes his will on Luke.

00:00:21

Instead,

00:00:21

he guides and encourages him to discover his deep goals

00:00:25

and the objectives he wishes to achieve on his own.

rather than simply transmitting knowledge,

Yoda allows Luke to live his own experiences,

00:00:37

convinced that learning is deeper when acquired through personal experience.

00:00:42

For Yoda,

00:00:43

there is no wrong path,

00:00:44

just the one we choose.

3 unshakeable trust.

Even when Luke doubts himself,

00:00:52

Yoda sees his potential.

00:00:54

A true leader recognizes and believes in

Yoda knows when to push Luke and when to let him come to him with questions.

Yoda has a sense of humor.

reduce stress,

that each one creates for themselves.

00:01:36

6 true compassion.

00:01:38

Wanting to change the other for what we think

00:01:40

is a better version of them is not wisdom,

00:01:43

it's manipulation.

00:01:44

Yoda has surpassed the goal of changing the other for a better.

00:01:49

7 empowerment.

00:01:51

Yoda's ultimate goal is not to create a clone of

00:01:54

himself but to help Luke discover his own leadership,

00:01:57

inner strength and convictions.

00:02:00

Master Yoda seeks neither praise nor recognition.

00:02:03

He no longer needs them.

00:02:05

He has gathered the talents of leader,

00:02:07

facilitator,

00:02:08

coach,

00:02:09

and he has surpassed them all.
