00:00:07

I am the best manager because I embody the vision of the company.

00:00:11

Everything is coherent and aligned with the hierarchy and other departments.

00:00:15

I give meaning to my teams.

00:00:18

No,

00:00:19

I am the best manager because my team performs better than all the others.

00:00:23

We make the numbers.

00:00:25

It's thanks to our performance that the company is still standing.

00:00:29

And that we pay everyone's salaries.

00:00:31

Our efficiency is undeniable.

00:00:33

The results speak for themselves.

00:00:36

Well,

00:00:37

if I weren't here,

00:00:38

you wouldn't have anyone at work in the

00:00:40

morning because the company's main resource isn't money,

00:00:43

it's people.

00:00:45

If they are standing,

00:00:46

active,

00:00:47

motivated,

00:00:47

and engaged,

00:00:48

it's because my management helps them give their best.

00:00:52

They love their job.

00:00:53

They love working together.

00:00:55

They love working with me,

00:00:57

their leader.

00:00:58

Then Caroline steps forward and says

00:01:01

being elected the best manager of the year is not my goal.

00:01:05

Personally,

00:01:06

my team is engaged,

00:01:07

performs well in its results,

00:01:09

and is aligned with the group's project,

00:01:11

but

00:01:12

don't tell them I'm their boss.

00:01:13

They don't know.
